Order Processing Time
All orders for our flower pots are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). “Processing time” refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our facility.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We fulfill orders from our US headquarters to Germany using reliable international carriers to ensure your garden products arrive safely.
- Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States.
- Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time to Germany is 7 to 13 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.
Shipping Cost
We offer Free International Shipping on all orders to Germany. No handling or additional delivery fees apply at checkout.
Tax, Duties & Customs
- International Shipments: Since we ship from the United States to Germany, your order may be subject to Import VAT (Einfuhrumsatzsteuer), customs duties, and fees levied by the German customs authorities once the shipment reaches your country.
- Responsibility: These additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. zalix.shop has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
- Sales Tax: No US Sales Tax is charged on international exports to Germany.
